Simple to use, no specific equipment required for application
- Equipment required: brush / broom / 15 L bucket / hose / large sponge / garden sprayer (capacity: 5l)
- We recommend wearing boots during the cleaning operation.
Application: (test first on a small area)
- We recommend cleaning composite wood decks after installation and whenever the deck is soiled. Cleaning your deck twice a year will facilitate stain removal.
- Clear the surface to be cleaned.
- Protect all surrounding surfaces to prevent damage.
- Protect surrounding plants.
- This product will produce optimum results if applied in sunlight or at a temperature between 18 and 30°c.
- Clean and brush away all residue on the surface to be cleaned, hosing down abundantly. Remove waste between boards to ensure proper drainage.
- Leave to dry completely.
- Apply a thick, even layer of CLEAN DECK (use the sprayer for a better result). Test first on a small area.
- Clean your terrace, progressing in sections of 10 m² at a time.
- Leave the product to take effect for 10 to 45 minutes. Re-apply CLEAN DECK if necessary to keep the area damp.
- If the product changes colour and becomes soiled, rinse abundantly with running water. Leave the composite to dry before re-applying.
- Never allow Clean Deck to dry.
- If the water doesn't drain away cleanly, use a mop to help evacuate water surplus: this will prevent the appearance of rings when the surface is dry.
- For stubborn stains, apply Clean Deck directly to the damp surface. Brush if necessary.
- Hose down abundantly.
- Repeat the process until you are satisfied with the results.
Dose instructions:
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Fill a 25-litre bucket with exactly 5 litres of hot water.
- Blue cap = 240 ml (1 Cup US).
- For standard cleaning, mix 2 blue caps of CLEAN DECK for 5 litres of hot water. This preparation will clean approximately 25 m².
- For dark stains or stubborn stains, use a higher concentration of CLEAN DECK: mix 2 blue caps for 3 litres of hot water. This preparation will clean approximately 15m²
- Mix until all CLEAN DECK crystals have dissolved completely.
- Pour into the sprayer carefully.
- Never mix CLEAN DECK with other chemical products or cleaning products. Doing so could produce noxious fumes.
Storage
Keep unused product in its original packaging in a dry place, far from flames.
Caution
Keep CLEAN DECK out of children's reach.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Avoid inhaling fumes.
Only use with sufficient ventilation.
First aid
In the event of contact with eyes, rinse with running water for 15 minutes and call your doctor. In the event of ingestion, do not vomit. Drink a large glass of water or milk and call your doctor.
